[SOLVED] MS SQL Server - SQL Passthrough Insert statement and trailing blanks

I have a WebFOCUS Program as shown below. The Insert statement works wonderfully, except that the values stored in the column LISTNAME in table dbo.Test1 have trailing blanks, i.e. if the data has ten characters, there are 190 trailing blanks to complete the 200 characters that make up the length of the column (there are no trailing blanks in the source table, MSCRM_LIST).

In Oracle, there is a SET command that controls this:

SQL SQLORA SET ORACHAR FIX|VAR

Is there an equivalent for MS SQL Server?

-*-- Set up the SQL Environment ----------------------------
SET SQLENGINE = SQLMSS
SQL SET SERVER MSCRMUAT
-RUN

-*-- Extract test data and create a temporary SQL table ----
TABLE FILE MSCRM_LIST
PRINT
LISTNAME
BY LISTID
WHERE RECORDLIMIT EQ 10
ON TABLE HOLD AS #HLIST FORMAT SQLMSS
END
-RUN

-*-- Insert all the rows from the temporary table ----------
SQL INSERT dbo.Test1 (LISTID, LISTNAME)
  SELECT LISTID, LISTNAME FROM #HLIST
END
-RUN

Used the SQL right-trim function to solve the problem.

-*-- Insert all the rows from the temporary table ----------
SQL INSERT dbo.Test1 (LISTID, LISTNAME)
SELECT LISTID, RTRIM(LISTNAME) FROM #HLIST
END
-RUN
