Hi,

I have a report where the output has more than 65000 rows and after 65000 rows, the data is getting cutoff from the report.Since excel is not working,Iam planning to do this using csv option and if the output text contains commas ,then i will have to use tab delimited option. In either case, text output file should work. Please correct me if Iam wrong.

Could anyone of you please let me know how can I do it using a car file in csv format and in the tab delimited option.

This is really urgent and need your help on this asap.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Regards,
Prithvi

What is the output format ?

If its EXL2K, then its probably there, but you are using an old version of Excel.

If you want to output CSV, then use format COMT.

the formats are all documented in the manuals.

Hi Waz,

Yes,we have excel 2000 format in webfocus.
Please also let me know how can I save the output in excel using COMT option and a sample code using the CAR FILE would be helpful.

Thanks a lot for all your help!

Regards,
Prithvi
