I can't find this one.
What I have : I have a nice compound report which output to HTML.

What I need : What format corrosponds to the "Select one report as inline message" in ReportCaster / Distribution / Email Information.

What's happening now : I can only get it as an attachment in mht format. note, that I do this with a none compond report and it works fine.

I tried in WF 8005. With both HTML as well DHTML am able to pick task for inline message.
Inside fex file, I created report using COMPOUND LAYOUT PCHOLD FORMAT DHTML

I could see inline report after distribution.

How was this problem resolved? I'm in WF AppStudio 8008. In my schedule distribution, I selected, "Select one report as inline message." In my fex file, I've tried, "COMPOUND LAYOUT PCHOLD FORMAT HTML" and "COMPOUND LAYOUT PCHOLD FORMAT DHTML".

When I use HTML, I see, "(FOC3301) COMPOUND REPORT ERROR: Format not supported."

When I use DHTML, my output is sent as an attachment and the schedule log contains, "Report sent as attachment because format MHT is not valid for an inline message."

So, the question remains: How do I schedule an e-mail with an in-line compound report?

I see this issue is still listed as unresolved.

I have a very similar issue that I'm working on now and wonder if there are any solutions today?

The primary difference is that my compound report is output to PDF now and needs to be converted to HTML output. However the need to "in-line" my compound report is the same.

Let me know how it goes Matt. I'll try it from here, notDG, and see what happens. If it work, I'll change it from "UNRESOLVED" to "RESOLVED"
