I have used double list,dropdown lists,check boxes,text boxes,radio buttons etc in my BI portal.all selections made in the portal need to be saved and may be used later whenever it is needed.i think there is a option for saving all selections in the BI portal.if anybody knows please help me

In HTML Composer, under the Components tab you have the "Save Selection" button that can be added to your HTML page.

But the same option for a BIP, I don't think that it exist. Haven't found it yet if it exist.

As per my understanding ,you can store selected parameters value in file and give the option to user to select their saved parameter from file.
