AnatessHow to report bugs...
Hi all -
I want to know how we could report bugs or if there is a list of bugs somewhere. I don't want to report it again if IBI is already aware of it.
regards,
Anatess

Tony AAnatess,
The best process to follow is to report your problem(s) anyway, irrespective of whether it(they) has(have) already been reported. That way IB will be aware that you need a patch, if one is available! or that you are experiencing a problem or problems.
If you don't report it, then how can they help you? The Forum is not always the best place for bug type niggles although we can often direct you.
Have you managed to get your Info Response Id yet? If not, then contact your local branch and ask for the
exact spelling and case of your company name that
they hold on their database. This is because the company name is vetted against their DB. Armed with that and the site code (in the form nnnn.nn) and you are ready to register.
Good luck

RichHHi Anatess,
Go to the ibi support page:
http://techsupport.informationbuilders.com/and search for your issue. IF you don't find it, then under Case Management you can login with the information Tony has requested you find out first and open a case.
Hope this helps.

KerryHi Anatess,
Both Tony and Rich have provided information on reporting issues to Information Builders - many thanks to both!
To report a possible issue/bug, and/or check existing list, you may either make a phone call to 1-800-736-6130, or access online
InfoResponse. Here is a list of information to be ready when you call:
http://techsupport.ibi.com/before_you_call.jsp.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
