Hello,

I am working on creating a dashboard that will show open vs. closed Tickets, Changes etc. I do not want to create charts for this dashboard because overtime closed items will be more than open items. Therefore, I would like to have numbers for each category...

Also, I want those numbers to be drill down.

Can someone help me or point me to the right direction?

Thanks,
Gagan

You are asking about the absolute basic reason why WebFOCUS exists - a tabular report.

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM
WIDTH
HEIGHT
WEIGHT
BY COUNTRY
END

For information on how to create drill downs just search the tech support center technical content for "drill down" and you should find all sorts of documents to help with that piece.

I know how to create reports and drill downs. I am more interested in knowing if someone has done any modern looking Dashboards.

One of the capabilities I am looking for:

Hover effect - change text color when hovering over number/text. I don't like the text underline when you hyperlink a drill down to text or number in a report..

Sorry, but not something you mentioned in your original post.

This can easily be acheived with CSS.

Would you be able to provide an example how to correctly add internal css in text editor and reference it?

Here is my css:

 <style>

Create a css file and place it in one of the approot folders on the web server.

Use the command
SET CSSURL /approot/folder/file.css
to point to the file.
