When i choose drilldown from my chart, i get "new window" and "same window" only for my options. Other drill down options in reports say "_self" "_parent" etc.

Is there a way to make a chart drilldown a POPUP window instead of a new window/tab?

As far as I know, unfortunately No. "New Window" is kind of popup window. And how it's managed depend on your browser setting, not WF.

If you are wiling to "build your own" you could drill to a JavaScript function and control opening a floating DIV or similar. There are a couple of examples in the forum.
