I'm in desperate need of learning Dialogue Manager. Can anyone tell me where I can find a manual or anything that may help me understand it.

Also once you have a grounding you can check out the supplied IBI fexes and see what they do.

FYI

Dialog manager starts with - in the first two column positions in the fex.
