1. Is this the forum that might cover the DB2 Extender code on z/OS?

2. Does anyone know where to find the download for it? We're licensed but I can't find it.

First of all welcome to Focal Point. It is a great forum for getting answers to your questions and yes this is the right place to ask you question.

I have put in a request to the product manager to see how to get the download and I will update the post once I hear back.

The DB2 product manager is on vacation till next Tuesday so in order to get an answer to this question it would be best to open a case with techsupport and they should be able to help!
