among all the 8 files in the mre repository (wf_mrdomains, wf_mrgroups, etc), i can't see how to find the viewname (that _agv thing) that a group can see. Is there a file that links the two? or even a .htm file i can parse? This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

g'mornin waz... i want to read the mr_users and extract the groups that a user belongs to. then take that list of groups and extract the list of Views (... aa_gbv etc) that person sees.. and put a list of links on the default public view page.. We want to get rid of that Views dropdown from the opening view... I've got it working nicely with a hard coded list of links... now i need to custom tailor it.
I can do it with a hard coded file : groupname - view ; but i want to avoid having to hard code a file. so, when i get in to the office in the am, i'll look at the mpv.xml
