I have a Compound Document that has a total of 4 Page Layouts, 5 if you include the Master. I have a total of 3 procedures that run on the first page layout and 1 procedure on each of the remaining page layouts.

When I change the output to excel, it runs and stores each of the procedures on seperate sheets in the excel document.

Is there a way that I can tell it to put all the reports on one sheet?

Also, one of the reports does not have any values except for those in the Report Heading which is setup using the Alignment Grid. This report looses all formatting when it is put into Excel. Does anyone know how to get this report to keep its formatting when outputting to Excel?

Dave, this seems to be an issue discussed before on the forum.

Perhaps someone else on the forum can help, or I might suggest putting in a case with techsupport.

Tech Support suggested to use NOBREAK to put all the reports on one sheet in the Excel document.

I had to go to the Compound Report to get the order the reports were included. In the first report I had to use the following:

 ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K OPEN NOBREAK


Each of the following reports I had to use:

 ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K NOBREAK


The last report I had to use:

 ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K CLOSE


That solved my problem.
