I just checked and it seems the techsupport.ibi.com website is working properly, can you please advise, which part(s) of techsupport is not working for you? Then I can forward the request to internal technicals.
Due to the hurrican storm, the New York office is closed, while our support staff are working remotely, so there may be delays in response and we will provide support and services to our best capacity.

Obtaining the following error page, for tech site:
This Page Cannot Be Displayed
