I'm trying to get chosen.js with html pages i webfocus html composer.
Why I'm using chosen, because I've a dropdown with many records and I'm trying filter these records "on the fly". If anybody uses another solution please share.
So that being said...
I've create a html page with:
.Filter -> Car Brands (filter_cars.fex)
.Graph (stacked.fex - receives a parameter for filter the car brand)
After doing this example with the CAR file, and when I was changing the javascript on the Html Composer I read what was commented "//add onInitialUpdate()" so I tested and now works great
so for all who wants to use it, go ahead and make this modification in the Embedded JavaScript:
function window_onload() {
UpdateData();
// TODO: Add your event handler code here
//add onInitialUpdate() function to make changes before initial run of the reports
}
function onInitialUpdate() {
$('.chosen-select')
.on('chosen:ready', function(){
console.log('chosen:ready');
})
.chosen({width:"60%"});
}
