I don't recall ever noticing this before, but variables created in a fex via -DEFAULTH do not appear in the list of existing variables when executing -? &.

Is this new behaviour since v7.7.05?

Because WF 8 uses the same server as WF 7.7.05, I get the same result in WF 8.

The fact that -DEFAULTH amper variables do not display when querying variables makes debugging that more difficult.

I was told that MFD Profile has something to do with the decision to hide -DEFAULTH variables, but I don't understand why and I don't know where this is documented.
