Hi, I tried installing Webfocus 716 along with the existing 533 version on my system. After I installed successfully having trouble in WFClient. Webfocus server looks fine.
WF533 - stopped both client and server. WF71 - Started both.
When I open client administration console and click Version shows error "Page cannot be displayed".
And also when I click Automatic verification, getting an error says "The cgipath.js file is missing or inaccessible from the javaassist directory. Please verify that this file exists and that the javassist directory has read and write permissions."
I went to WF71 client console and change all the path to point webfocus71 but not able to change the path for edaconf.
Note: Existing WF533 in the folder c:\ibi New WF716 in c:\Webfocus\ibi
Can you please point me where I'm wrong?
Thanks Kamesh

Hi Kamesh, OK. Make sure the directory your using, webfocus\ibi\WebFOCUS71\ibi_html\javaassist, is available to EVERYONE as well as the ID used for the Web Server, usually, iusr_computername. Rich

Finally I'm able to figure out the issue by working with IBI support people. The issue was, I had two versions installed on the server with two different website. When I uninstall the old version, I didn't remove the website I created for that version. So, when I try running the console it got confused with two tomcat instance and point to the wrong folders. When I delete the old website and have only one tomcat instance it worked fine.
