Authoring Mode Options for Field Names

Authoring Mode options have been added to the Reporting tab of the Developer Studio
Options dialog box. Authoring Mode determines how field names for a procedure (.fex) are
written in the WebFOCUS source code. Options are Qualified fieldname, Unqualified fieldname,
or Alias fieldname.
