I have 2 .fex procedures that each generate a gif image that is placed on an ftp server for use in our campus solutions portal. I need to combine these images to make 1 image. Almost like a compound report format GIF. Any ideas on how to get this accomplished?

I would suggest looking into a third party product that can merge the two images.

If you are able to display one image in your portal, then using table tr and td tags, you can display both the images without any border or space inbetween. This will create an impression like a single image.

Thanks,

This isn't the WebFOCUS portal it is our student information systems portal which is why I am ftp'ing the image. But before I place it on ftp I need it to be 1 image.

Utilities like imagemagick may be what you are after.
