Hi All,

I never worked on FML but I have a request for a report which i feel like can be done using FML. I have a doubt on I am looking for some suggestions.

Layout

ABC - Text CurM PrvM CurQ PrvQ
xyz - Text
MetricField1 1234 765 6787 543 - Number
MetricField2 2.1% 1.1% ........ - Percentage values
DEF - Text
asd - Text
MetricField3 657 345 335 435 - Number values
Metric4 0.1% 8% ............ - Percentage values

Using the regular table request we can define custom field format like Field/Myformat = If FIELD EQ 'ghj' THEN 'D12.2' ELSE 'I11 ; something like this. How I can achieve this for the above layout?

I appreciate any suggestions in achieving the above.

Thanks,
Rao.

FML looks like the answer to the formatting of the report but I'm not clear on your field formatting example as to which metrics you want to apply it to.

Thank you for using Focal Point!
