WF and RC release 7.6.10.

I am running a RC schedule that distributes the output to the RC Library. I have selected the option "send email after rport saved to library". And after clicking the "Email Options" button I typed in a custom message that I want to appear in the email. This message is not being displayed when the email comes. i am only seeing the link to the stored report. I am using Groupwise 7.02 client and I believe it has to do with Groupwise not being able to parse the email content properly. I've seen this before and a solution was to toggle to html mode when email is opened. (this is a groupwise setting). However, for the RC generated email this option is grayed out.

Any ideas? Has anyone seen this issue before?

Turns out to be a known bug. Fixed in 7.6.11. IBI is looking to see if a patch will be available for 7.6.10.
