[CASE-OPENED] IBIRLS3 File Inserting ÿ for spaces

We had a strange issue where the ÿ character was substituted for spaces in our report headings after a hotfix was applied.

We were running IBIRLS3 Revision 2.17. We went back to the prior version IBIRLS3 Revision 2.12 and the behavior stopped.

Anyone else experience this?

Will Be have issues with running an older version?

Submit this as a bug to IBI. I just noticed the same thing in 7.6.10
