Your error message will require a case to be opened with
Information Builders TechSupport .
Your license can then be reviewed to determine if the issue is with the license or not. Your site code will be required.
You will be required to sign into the TechSupport site - create an ID, then access the link on the right - Case Management,
enter your site code in the first entry box. On the next screen click on Open new case.
Please update the subject line with [CASE OPENED] if you decide to open a case and let us if your issue was hardware related.
