Is it possible to use BY PANEL Command in Library Report. When I caster my report using BY PANEL Comman my caster job fails, but it works without BY PANEL command. I have no problem running live report with BY PANEL command.

Is there are way I can use BY PANEL comman in my library report also since my report has 19 fields.

It would help if you would post your code ... and when you do, put it between the red < / > code tags.
And bypanel is meant for pdf output. It just repeats by-fields on the next paneled page, so it should not present any problem when run through caster.
