I have configured mre security to use Active Directory. I am now wanting for my fex file to be able to test if a user is a member of an Active Directory group.
I would like to create a function that I will be able to pass the userid and group name as parameters, have the function check Active Directory for memberOf, and return a success/fail return code.
Basically, I want to dynamically build a drop down on the front end depending on which AD group the user is a member of.
If this is something that sounds feasible, please let me know any suggestions.
I would prefer not having to maintain multiple front ends and keep up with which links to send to my users. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

Per our technicals: you can certainly setup an adaptor to read AD, and table the data, so this should be possible. If you need further assistance, please open a case with Customer Support Services, by either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.
Cheers,
Kerry
