Hi,

I have executed the following code but getting javascript error (TEST01 not defined) .

-DEFAULT &USRID='TEST01';

TABLE FILE CAR
HEADING
"CLICK HERE"
PRINT CAR NOPRINT
WHERE RECORDLIMIT EQ 1
ON TABLE SET PAGE NOLEAD
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=HEADING,JAVASCRIPT=SAVEDAT(),$
ENDSTYLE
END

-HTMLFORM BEGIN

function SAVEDAT()
{
var usrid=!IBI.AMP.USRID ;

Hi Kamesh,

There seems to be a syntax error in the javascript.

It should be: '!IBI.AMP.USRID;'

It should be in single quotes followed by a semi colon.

Hope this resolves the issue.

I have tried that already, that doesn't give error but not assigning the value. It takes
!IBI.AMP.USRID as a value.

The issue was that I missed the semicolon.
