Hello: Has anyone had success deploying WebFocus on GlassFish? We are considering a move from WebLogic to GlassFish and would like to hear some experiences.
Thanks. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

I think more important than people's experiences, I would contact IBI to see if this is supported. I don't recall that being on their supported list. That doesn't mean it won't work, but it will be difficult to get support.

Darin

rv - I have just finished a deployment of WebFOCUS (7.6.8) with Glassfish 2.1 on Solaris 10 at a customer site. While WF is not 'certified' on that app server it functions appropriately. I actually use Glassfish as my own personal app server on my local machine (Windows)! Deployment was very easy through the Glassfish admin console ...
Only issue i ran into was with Security Settings in Glassfish ... if the Security Manager was enabled then we'd get http 500 errors with the WebFOCUS applications.
