We have been experiencing some issues with users whose folders in the Content Tree are suddenly "empty". They will be working within the content Tree when this happens. The only way to resolve it is to logout, and log back in. My thought is that they are somehow being logged out, but I don't understand how. Is there a timeout setting that I need to set somewhere?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if they have a filter on. I have fallen prey to that before.
