There must be hundreds of posts in this forum alone that deal with questions like these. And apart from this forum there is a truckload of documentation that you could at least scan the index of to try and find what you need. Some basic training could also be of great value to you. Try and convince your manager to let you take some.

If you really are on version 5.2.5, your first step is going to be to upgrade to a version that can handle compound documents. That is the ONLY way you'll get more than one table in a PDF doc.
AFTER the upgrade, then start the training on that newer version. Compound layout in the recent versions is a snap.
