I understand from the "Technical Memo 4690" EXL07 does not support Cell sizing with SQUEEZE and WRAP. Does anybody has any workaround for this?

I have a subhead and title in the report. Title is wrapping if I give ", " but not the SUBHEAD. Any suggestion is highly appreciated for the format EXL07.
