Hello,

I have used the following line for years successfully.

ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT &WFFMT.(<Excel,EXL2K>,<HTML,HTML>).Select type of display output.

With Internet Explorer 11, the Excel or HTML icons do not appear on the html page. Rather than the Excel or HTML icon, the users see 'format_excel_32.png' or 'format_browser_32.png'.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or does anyone have a solution? I have users on IE9 to IE11.

It's not an IE11 issue, works for me. Have you tried it in another browser, like Chrome? Make sure it's not some other issue.

1) Check the Fully Qualified Path to your images.
2) Use XLSX instead of EXL2K. It opens better and is more WF8...

Are you running this from a portal? I've found that under portal for IE, no matter what version your running, IBI is forcing IE10 if your running 8.1.04 or lower, so your IE 11 is going into compatible mode. If your running 7.7, I would view source of the portal and see what version of IE it's forcing it down to. That may be your issue.

The images were not properly copied to all affected directories which caused the issue. Thanks to all with suggestions!!
