It was a dead web site for a couple days, back online now.

They had no phones also for the same time period.

I found out it is under maintenance and will be limited use at least until tomorrow. I will post updates as I get them.

The maintenance statement was on the second line. So as a male programmer, I skipped all that stuff and looked for what I wanted, which wasn't there.

To be honest, it wasn't that obvious. I would have hoped that there was a bigger "Under Maintenance".

The techsupport site is expected to be up by close of business today including download.
