I have read a lot on these two issues. I have tried both with no success with either one. I am using 5.3.3 MRE only. I am not in dev studio. If I use APP anything I get an error that APP is disabled. If I set APP ENABLE then it tells me it can't find the description for my first file which is on the server, not a hold file. When I use TEMPERASE after running it about 2 or 3 times I get the error that it is having a problem writing to my hold file. Any suggestions?
Has this issue regarding APP ENABLE VS. TEMPERASE been resolved?
It looks like there are some problems with the configuration or settings on your side. The best channel for assistance on this type of problems/questions would be Information Builders' Customer Support Services. Please open a case by either calling 1-800-736-6130 or accessing InfoResponse at http://techsupport.ibi.com, and be ready to provide detailed info, e.g. site code, operating system(s), etc.
Thanks,
Kerry
