Probably the easiest way would be to refer back to the documentation (online or "Using Functions" manual.) It describes in detail with examples what you would need to do to create date-time fields. Easiest would be to use EDIT and concatenation to create an alpha string and then use the HINPUT function. You could also use your date and the HDTTM function to create a date-time field and then insert your time with HSETPT. And there are probably many others.

DEFINE FILE EFTRFP
CRTTSP/HYYMDm=HDTTM(HDATE(TRFTRFDDTE, 'YYMD'), 8, 'HYYMDm') ;
Now/HYYMDm=HGETC(10, 'HYYMDm');
END
TABLE FILE EFTRFP

I added the date to CRTTSP, and now I'd like to add the time. Now this may sound stupid: Can I write multiple statements to modify the value of CRTTSP in order to add the time to it? Because from what I read in the documentation, date/time components can be added only on at a time.
