I have a maintain screen called Add Project in which user can enter project details. One such column in the table is Effective Date which is in format MDYY. Now when I am trying to assign the textbox value to the stack, it gives me error "(FOC03606) Incompatible types A0 and MDYY."
Is your application non-persistent? If not, then you do not need to use: Compute EffDateValue = IWC.GetAppCGIValue (FieldName); To get the value from the form. You can just put EffDateValue on your form and then that field will contain the value when the user enters it.
