I'm trying to control the application path from a dropdown list, but it seems to be ignored by the servlet. The dropdown list onchnage event copies the application name (i.e., "appName1 baseapp") to the IBIAPP_app hidden input control. Firefox/firebug shows that the correct value is getting loaded when the user makes a selection. When the form is submitted, the application path is searched rather than going directly to the appName1 application. I tried modifying the user profile to override the edasprof profile and removed the applications from the path, but then it couldn't find the procedures. If I add appName1 and appName2 into the profile, it always uses the first in the list. Also, I reviewed Case 33542541 and verified that the site profile does not set the app path. Has anyone else run into this? FYI, we are on WF 7.6.11.This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

Yes, you are correct... This issue is with a signon page, and the responses refer to a launch page (thanks for the responses... I am using the info for testing). The concept of controlling the application path using the IBIAPP_app variable is the same though. The signon process is:
* User authenticates using signon page (POST method) * WF_Signon_Message forwards to a FEX to store a variable * FEX pulls up the HTML home page using HTMLFORM.
Once I set the IBIAPP_app value in the signon page, and the FEX is in that path, will that application be searched first for the home page by default?

I think the IBIAPP_app form variable does not get passed from a login screen WF_SIGNON action. Here's an example where I use JavaScript to build the WF_SIGNON_MESSAGE based on the selected app:
Sorry it took so long for me to reply... I got pulled into a different project. Appending the IBIAPP_app parameter to the WF_SIGNON_MESSAGE value worked perfectly. Thank you Francis!
