What you post is the URL by clicking on the display image icon when creating a
new topic or replying.

http://www.tinypic.com/. You upload the image and then a URL for the uploaded image is provided.

To post an image, just as JG and Francis suggested, please upload it to some website (unfornately we cannot host your image) and then post the URL by clicking the second icon from the right, "Display Image".
