We have a self-serv app that is designed as 2 frames - The thin frame on the left side has a long list of reports and when one is clicked on, the report launch page shows up on the wider right side frame. - User selects input options and executes the report - A summary report now takes over the right side panel with drilldown links to a detail report - Clicking on the drilldown link overlays the first report in the right frame with a second report.
One specific user is having an issue in this process. When he selects his input options and runs the first report, it is showing up in a new IE window by itself, rather than the right frame. The drill-down links are visble, but when clicked on, do not execute the second report, as the authentication seems to be lost in the new window. This happens only for one user and I tried to compare all his IE & PDF settings with those on my PC to the best of my knowledge without any luck.
Please advise what settings would be causing this behaviour.
Thanks so much for your help. Sandeep Mamidenna
