I need to know how the reports gets saved under 'My Reports' sections.
If a users has 10 reports under his 'My Reports' section, how do they get there? Are they copy of the existing standard report? Is there a way to find out the name of the standard report they have used to create the report under 'MY Reports'
If they have 10 reports under their Deffered Report list, can we run a report to let them view all the parameters they used for each report or do they have to individually click the folders. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
Reports under a user's "My Reports" usually get there because they have used a Reporting Object to create it and saved them. I believe you can also get a report there via ReportCaster using the distribute to MRE method. If you (as an admin) look at the text under those reports, you can see that they reference the reporting objects via multiple -INCLUDE statements. The references to those reports are part of the username.htm file in the basedir.
References to deferred reports also exists here. You could probably create a report that would involve parsing that .HTM file as a text file and displaying parameters, but there is nothing currently in MRE that lets you do this. You have to click on each reports to see the parameters used.

Darin
