Has anyone had a problem of their DDLs not getting populated 'On Load" in IE? I've not yet seen this issue with Chrome.
I have some users who, while using IE V 11.0.9600.19080 11.00.70 KB4339093, have never seen this issue. Others, using IE V 11.0.9600.19002 11.06.60 KB4103768 who have seen it happen several times. Once is too many!.
I know that the simple answer is to get everyone on IE V 11.0.9600.19080 11.00.70 KB4339093. But that ain't about to happen.
There is a fix for this coming in 8203. But we're not about to go there yet. We would like a path to 8202 g60.
So, this is more of a survey / sharing post.
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks, Doug

We are currently running on 8.2.01M and are seeing this behavior with Chrome Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox Version 66.0.2 (64-bit) but NOT with IE Version 11.0.9600.19296.

Perhaps some users have their IE running in "Compatibility mode" and some don't?
I know MS has a habit of enabling Compatibility mode if it detects that you are accessing intranet sites, and they are in my experience also quite bad at detecting that fact. They should probably rename it to "Liability mode"...
There's a checkbox somewhere saying "Enable Compatibility mode on Intranet sites" or somesuch. In general, you want to make sure that's OFF.
