Is there a way to have an MRE Profile focexec execute when using InfoAssist? We need to restrict the data each user will have access to, based upon their logon ID.
For example Bob will have access to only Hawaii data and Mary will have access to only Colorado data.
I created a test profile with a simple WHERE: WHERE REGION_CODE EQ 'HI'; but all the region codes show up in the InfoAssist report.
Any suggestions?
Thank you. This message has been edited. Last edited by: JBK,
From where do your users launch InfoAssist? If they launch it from the MRE then anything you put in the user profile should remain intact when they launch IA.
Do you have other code in the user profile? Does that work?
Here is a link to a doc on how to declare filters.
Hope this helps,
Dan

InfoAssist is being launched from the domain tree in a dashboard.
I did come up with a solution, which was to create a separate domain for each region, and have a WHERE reporting object component to limit the data to that domain's region.
