I konw in mre you can create a link to a .fex using

how do you di it for a .htm that is out side of mre.

I have this link in a url in mre when i run the
fg_inv_visdis.htm out side of MRE it run's just fine. Inside of mre I get this.

ERROR AT OR NEAR LINE 81 IN PROCEDURE fg_inv_visdis.htm

I've never seen a link that calls IBIF_ex with an HTML file to execute (fg_inv_visdis.htm). I always thought IBIF_ex calls focexecs.

nelson, do this
open mre and write yourself a fex with some drilldowns
run the fex
then right click view source
(or 'crack it open' as we say)
have a look at the functional form of any one of the drilldowns.
See?
In general, from with in mre, a page reference call to the focus engine doesn't need the full address... but from *outside* mre from the inetpub directory for example or from an email, the page reference call to the focus engine *DOES* need the full http address.
