Is there a way to hide AHTML heading (Example: 12 of 12, Page 1 of 1) in the AHTML results?

This should hide the page count bar on AHTML reports.
Still trying to figure out how to hide the toolbar on AHTML charts..

ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT, OBJECT=STATUS-AREA, PAGE-LOCATION=OFF, $
ENDSTYLE
