in 765, we had a backend way to turn off the 'Save' and 'Email' options by editing irpfnc.js . but in 768, no such luck. that file is all different. (of course) Does anyone know how to turn off the 'Comments' and 'Save' and 'Email' and 'Window' options in that active reports activity list?

I know this doesn't help you in version 7.6.8, and at the level of expertise you're at, but I thought I would mention that those items are options in the 7.6.10 version for others that might search on this subject.
From the GUI - Select the Report Output menu option, change to AHTML Output and select the Format Tab. In the mid, right-hand side you'll see the Menu options section. This area controls the options for the menus under AHTML. Under the User type drop down, there are several pre-defined versions; Power, Analytical and Business which may be what you want, but if not, select the button to create a custom list. Any of these selections will add the "ALLOW" code to your report.
Ryan, where did you get that list? what doc source? the undocumented ones you list don't work in 768. You're in 767, so have you tried your list and do they work for you in 767? ALLOW-COMMENTS for example, doesn't work in 768.

Susannah, my apologies, my profile was out of date. I'm actually on 7610 now, which is where we have this working. I assumed it would work on 768, but apparently i was wrong. Sorry for the confusion.
