I have this WebFocus to Oracle question. We have this Oracle table with columns defined as VARCHAR2 and not NULLable. We try to use MODIFY to write rows to this table. Unfortunately some of these values may have a value of blank. In these cases we receive an error from Oracle saying that NULL values are not allowed. As we are able to enter values of blank when using other tools, I assume that WebFocus is trimming away all right end blanks of a string resulting in a zero length string, when the value consists of just blanks.
Is it possible to tell WebFocus to send blanks to Oracle in cases like this ?
