the choice for Possible Debuggers is New instance of Microsoft Script editor and when click on YES it goes into this box
[3076] C:\ibi\DevStudio71\bin\focshell.exe
to debug the script. Has anybody come across this thingy at all? How to fix this? any suggestions?

You have to go into the tools internet options advanced of IE and disable script debugging. Had to do it again recently.

thanks Leah. I checked in IE as you said to diable debugging other as well because the first diable debugging is already checked. I will post again soon when I build the launch page for the report fex I am working on right now.
Is everybody on this forum prefers to code manually or GUI it? sometimes I find it hard to GUI when debugging the fex to add this and that stuff because when parameterized the fex, it kept coming up with parsing master file problem. I did the -default & , and it fixes the prob sometimes, but sometimes it does not for some reaason and I kept checking everything, they all look the same. Weird..
