Dear Focal Point,

Information Builders is pleased to announce that Kathryn Henning has taken over the role of Focal Point Moderator. Kathryn has been with Information Builders for 20 years, beginning as an Systems Engineer in the San Jose branch and then transferring to Customer Support Services in 1999. She is currently a member of the Initial Response Team and reports to Alan Boord as a Systems Engineer.

Kerry Zhan, our moderator for the past eight years, will now be working closely with me on special projects and customer retention programs. Kerry will continue to be involved with Focal Point Marketing, Publishing Tips and Techniques, Webinars, and increasing Focal Point registrations.
