Hi, We have migrated from WF 7.6.11 to WF 8.1.04. we have a scheduled report which distributes the report to report library. In WF 8 I am getting following message when I run the report: Library access option 'Published' cannot be applied because the output folder is unpublished, the user is not authorized
the reportlibrary folder is being owned by other user hence not able to place the report.
Please suggest how can I publish the report library folder. This message has been edited. Last edited by: jvb,
This should be easy to resolve. Publish any unpublished folders/content. Move Private content to a shared folder. Edit the schedule to reference the moved fex. That should be it.
Francis
Give me code, or give me retirement. In FOCUS since 1991
Production: WF 7.7.05M, Dev Studio, BID, MRE, WebSphere, DB2 / Test: WF 8.1.05M, App Studio, BI Portal, Report Caster, jQuery, HighCharts, Apache Tomcat, MS SQL Server
Thank you Francis for the reply. I am not at able to move the private content. When I try to drag and drop in another folder, I receive a message saying can not move the private content.
Please suggest how can I move the private content.
Thank you all for the suggestions. The issue is resolved by deleting the private content, and now I can put the new library content in the same folder.
