I have come accross something while WF7 to WF8 migration. in WF7 , for example we have a Combo Box control 'cboreport' bound to '&cboreport' variable. The webfocus code is using '&cboreport_TEXT' to retrieve the Text/Display value of the Control.
&cboreport_TEXT is not bound to any control.
Somehow it gives the 'Display' value of the Control. I was not aware of any such property of Webfocus Variable. If anyone of you know this, can you tell how is it governed. Some of the reports are using &varname_TEXT of the variables to display report titles and stuff. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Tamra,
