I have a report where we list clients and pertainent dates related to scheduling time sensitive services.
If a client has left and come back into this syetem they are considered to re-referred back in and are marked as so in tables. Problem was their initial referral is also there in the table, meaning the report was showing the client multiple times if they left and came back. Using SUM it now only prints 1 time for each record (yay), but it doesn't always print the most recent record, it's kinda haphazardly choosing the correct or wrong ones.
I want the report to show only the latest date row in the event there are duplicate client rows.
Is this possible in WebFocus? Or do I have to change the table (which I'd rather not do).
