Earlier I was working on Webfocus 7.1 but later on I had to install Webfocus 5.3.5. Its working fine but in Administration console Configuration tab contains only Client selection link and on clicking it it gives error Failure path not found. Can anyone help.
One more thing can we use Dev studio 7.1 for creating reports with Reporting server 5.3.5 and Client 5.3.5
Regarding the error message, can you please provide more contents or details? For example, do you receive a FOC error message or HTTP error message? What did the error message exactly say? A screenshot, if possible, may be great for better understanding of the problem.
Regarding using Dev studio 7.1 for creating reports with Reporting server 5.3.5 and Client 5.3.5, we would recommend that all components should be be at the same release level. We do not certify this kind of cross-level config, meaning that QA does not test. Please keep in mind that there may be new features implemented in 7.1 that will not be compatible with 5.3.5. If you run into problems, the first thing we would ask is to make every component at the same level and retest.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
