How do I make tables in webfcous 5.23 section 508 compliant

I want webFOCUS 5.23 to output table code that is section 508 compliant. I have tried the SET ACCESSIBLE 508 code but it only replaced the title cells from the <td> tag to <th>. It is a step in the right direction, but I want it to be more section 508 compliant. Is there a way to get webfocus to generate reports that include the caption, scope and summary tag in the tables? Any help on this subject is greatly appreciated.

Example of 508 compliant code:

I have a PDF document (wf_AccessSupp_512sp2.pdf) entitled "Accessibility Support" that discusses SUMMARY but not CAPTION.

ON TABLE SET STYLE *

Try searching the WF Tech Doc Lib for "Accessibility Support" or "SET ACCESSIBLE 508".
